Our client is an international fast growing company.

Náplň práce

This person will be responsible for the coordination, execution and implementation of all learning programs used to train new hire and existing employees. She/he will partner with the global learning and performance manager to enforce adult learning and deliver best practices, support trainer development, administrate certification, performance metrics reporting, implement new instructional development activities and change management.

She/he will develop an active partnership with senior leaders across the EU operations organization to coordinate and schedule training and drive consistencies in performance. Together with the global learning and performance manager this person will consult with Site Leaders to determine their specific training needs and provide resources to meet the needs of the business through internal development.

Job description
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all required employee training for the EU region
  • Partner with Global Learning and Performance Manager to develop and certify trainers
  • Support human resources during candidate testing
  • Administrate certification scheduling and testing
  • Deliver training program focused on soft skills, large and basic account management 
  • Provide reports and statistics on circuit-wide training performance against goals
  • Participate at identifying appropriate training curricula for strategic training initiatives, ensuring that training is appropriate to the training audience and designed to fulfill requirements with the optimal delivery methodology
  • Implement Learning Management System groups
  • Deploy instructional development activities to support trainee performance levels

Požiadavky na kandidáta

  • Master degree 
  • 3-5 years of related experience which include the following areas: Adult training/ education experience, demonstrated ability to train and facilitate on a variety of audiences, measuring and delivering
  • Development and training design experience is welcomed
  • Experience in a role utilizing project management skills to plan, execute and monitor multiple activities and priorities simultaneously 
  • Possesses adult learning methodology expertise and how to maximize the assimilation and retention level of the audience
  • Professional level of English, other language knowledge would be welcomed
  • Ability to develop relationships and influence behavior
  • Exceptional communication skills: must be confident and engaging presenter of a wide variety of topics, both around operational tasks and soft skills
  • Excellent written skills: must be able to capably write a variety of training support documentation
  • Must have exceptional influencing skills and the ability to lead a functional organization without direct authority
  • Ability to assess and track training effectiveness through the use of metrics
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50 percent)
